I. General Terms

WHAT I WILL DRAW❥ Fanarts, OCs, Couples,
❥ Chibi, Pets, any gender, etc.
❥ NOTE: i have a more cute, soft anime artstyle!

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW❥ NSFW, Furries, Mecha, Gore
❥ Muscular Characters, Elderly characters
❥ (for emotes: i don't draw pepe, or memes that cannot be in anime artstyle)
❥ i don't animate emotes, but once i learn how to, i might offer them~
❥ if it's not listed above, please ASK ME!

❥ Please be accurate and concise with your commission information.
❥ Don't forget to provide your visual references.
❥ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
❥ I only work with my own artstyle, I do not work with other artists' styles.
❥ Any mistakes/errors on my part will be fixed, for free. Additional details not included in the original submission will be charged for those changes.
❥ As an artist, my art is constantly changing/evolving, there might be slight differences between the art in my portfolio and the illustrations you receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition,,). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.
❥ The size of the art you are receiving is the original size. For emotes I use 500x500 pixels 300 dpi, 440x330 pixels for panels on Twitch, and 2000x2000 pixels for Chibi commissions. For emotes/sub badges, I always include resizes for Twitch. (Emotes: 112x112, 56x56, and 28x28 Sub Badges: 72x72, 36x36, 18x18)

II. PAYMENT

❥ All prices are USD only.
❥ Payment via Wave (Paypal Alternative). If you would like another form of payment, please let me know, I will see what I can do.
❥ Returning Customers may receive a 10% off loyalty discount on their payment.
❥ Payments are made only after I accept your commission.
❥ You have the option to either pay before the work, after you see the sketches, or half before and half after.
❥ Commission turnaround time is 3 weeks – 6 weeks (depending on commission), if you have an urgent order, be prepared to pay +50% on top of the normal price.
❥ There will not be any refunds once I've started working on your commission. However, if I have no opportunity to complete the commission - a full refund will be given to a customer.
❥ All prices are subject to change and will depend on the difficulty/complexity level of your commission.
❥ You are acknowledging that you are receiving a digital product, no actual goods will be delivered.

III. UPDATES/PROGRESS

REVISION PROCESS
❥ Once a sketch it goes to final, if I have started the final, any edits from that point onward will cost additional fees varying on complexity and at MY discretion.
❥ If you want to change something once it is finalized, fees will be occurred and at my discretion.

❥ If I accept your commission, you are allowing that I can livestream the process on Twitch. (unless on commission form stated otherwise.)
❥ I will give you updates on your commission as I progress through it, if you want an extra update on it, just send me a DM!
❥ I will send and help you brainstorm ideas/sketches, and you can give feedback and/or select from those ideas.
❥ All final files will be sent via the same email you provided for your invoice. (If you want it sent to another. please specify!)
❥ You may ask about your commission progress anytime, I'll always do my best to complete it ASAP, but please be patient and do not rush me, so I can provide quality artworks for you.

IV. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

❥ Please credit me! Crediting me when using the commission is a requirement! (Twitch credits, Twitter credits, etc.)
❥ I reserve all rights to post any commissions I draw and showcase in my portfolio. (If you want to keep your commission under wraps until debut, etc. please notify me beforehand.)
❥ Emotes, badges, panels etc. for personal use only. Artwork cannot be used commercially. This can be discussed, additional charges will apply. Meaning, you are not allowed to use the artwork for your profit (such as merchandise).
❥ Do not edit, copy, or trace my work without my permission.
❥ Do not resell or redistributed my work.
